This is an efficient way to travel between two of Uzbekistan’s most important historic cities without a long and tiring road transfer. Depart from Bukhara by high-speed train and enjoy the changing scenery of the Kyzylkum Desert along the way. After arriving in Khiva, your guide will meet you. Depending on your arrival time and preference, you can either begin the sightseeing tour immediately or first check in at your hotel and take some time to rest. The hotel is located approximately five minutes on foot from Ichan-Kala, the ancient walled city and the main historical attraction of Khiva. After your rest, explore Ichan-Kala with a professional guide and discover its historic palaces, mosques, madrasahs and famous minarets. After the tour, you remain in Khiva. If you wish to continue your journey the following morning, we can arrange an additional high-speed train ticket from Khiva to Samarkand, Bukhara or Tashkent for an extra charge. These onward train tickets are not included in the tour price.
